Terms of service

1. The service

Ecomrank.ai ("Ecomrank") connects to your Shopify or WooCommerce store, reads your product catalog, writes blog articles around your products with artificial intelligence and publishes them on your store blog, as drafts or directly, according to the setting you choose. Articles are generated by software: you remain responsible for what is published on your store, and you can review every article before publication by keeping the "draft" setting. Ecomrank does not guarantee any search ranking, traffic or sales outcome.

2. Trial and subscription

Ecomrank is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription (Starter, Pro, Scale; prices in euros shown on the home page and at checkout). A new account can start a 7-day free trial, which includes 5 articles: a payment card is required to start it, nothing is charged during the trial, and the first payment for the subscription you chose is taken at the end of the trial unless you cancel before.

Each plan includes a monthly number of articles, a number of stores and a number of team seats, as listed at checkout. The monthly article allowance renews on the billing date of your subscription; with a yearly subscription the allowance stays monthly and renews each month on that same date. Unused articles do not carry over to the next period. If you change plan during a period, the allowance for that period is calculated pro rata of the time spent on each plan, in the same way as the billing. Where a plan includes videos (video studio), they are counted per period and do not carry over either.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from "Manage my subscription" in the app (Stripe billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the current period is not refunded. Payments are processed by Stripe; Ecomrank never stores your card details.

4. Your store data and access

To work, Ecomrank stores the access you grant (WordPress application password, WooCommerce read key, Shopify app token), encrypted, and reads your catalog, your blog and, where you allow it, your orders. This data is used only for your own account and never for another customer. You can revoke the access at any time from your store or from the Integration screen, which stops all publication. 5. Acceptable use

You may only connect stores you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use Ecomrank to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to circumvent the limits of your plan. Ecomrank may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

6. Professional use

Ecomrank is reserved for professionals: merchants and businesses acting in the course of their business activity. By creating an account, you confirm that you use the service in that capacity, for a store you operate professionally.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Ecomrank's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. Ecomrank is not liable for indirect losses, for the content of generated articles you chose to publish, or for changes made by third-party platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Google).

8. Changes and law

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the current version and material changes are announced by email to account holders. They are governed by French law. Questions: contact@ecomrank.ai.
